1. Information We Collect
We collect the categories of data you choose to provide and those generated through your use of the Service. This includes:

1.2. Client & Business Information You Enter
Because MAIRA is used by real estate professionals, you may choose to enter or sync:
- Client information (names, emails, phone numbers)

- Document drafts, summaries, and form inputs
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this information.
1.3. Voice, Call, and Interaction Data
If you use voice or telephony features:

1.4. Calendar Data (Google Calendar Integration)
If you connect Google Calendar:
- Event titles, descriptions, times, attendees
- Calendar IDs and related metadata
- Event updates and deletions
We access only the calendars you grant permission for.
1.5. Usage & Technical Data
- IP address
- Browser type and device identifiers
- Log and audit data (timestamps, feature usage, errors)
- Interactions with the Service (buttons clicked, pages visited)
1.6. Advertising & Analytics Data
We use third-party advertising pixels and analytics tools, including LinkedIn Insight Tag, to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns
- Build remarketing audiences (showing relevant ads to people who visited our site)
- Understand aggregate demographics of our website visitors
- Track conversions from ads to signups
These services may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on our website. This data may be combined with data from other websites you visit to serve you personalized advertising.

AI Model Improvement

We do not use Google Calendar data for general model training.
3. Google Calendar & Google API Services Compliance
Our use of Google Calendar data complies with Google's User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We access Google Calendar data only to provide the Service features you request.
- We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties.
- We do not combine Google data with other data for advertising or marketing.
- Human access to your Google data is extremely limited and only permitted for:
- operating and maintaining the Service,
- security or abuse prevention, or
- when you request support.
- Disconnecting Google Calendar stops all future syncing.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We only share data with:
4.1. Service Providers
Trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, support, analytics). They may access information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
4.2. Legal & Safety Requirements

7.1. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
What this means: Our use of advertising pixels (like LinkedIn Insight Tag) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of data under California law, even though we don't receive money for it. These pixels allow third-party advertising platforms to collect information about your website visit.
How to opt out:
- In the MAIRA app, go to Settings → Privacy & Data and toggle "Do Not Sell My Personal Information"

- Use browser-based opt-outs: LinkedIn opt-out
When you opt out, we will stop loading advertising pixels on your browser. Note that this opt-out is device-specific and will be reset if you clear your cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Access
The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the U.S.
